General Description

XXZ 31 B1, the extreme evolution of the award-winning XXF and previously reserved only for our official teams, confirms itself as a technological leader and presents itself with a completely renewed design that brings many technical innovations, such as the four adjustment options: compression and expansion at low and high speeds, with new settings that give the rider the best possible feeling.
Inside, it has been renewed with technical solutions that optimize the smoothness of the moving parts, improve the damping coefficient and increase stability at high temperatures, without forgetting the use of lightweight materials to reduce the overall weight. The Ø 14 mm rod increases smoothness, while the Ø 30 mm piston reduces the mass of the moving fluids for a faster response to loads. Particular attention has been paid to maximizing the sensitivity and precision of the adjustments. XXZ has been designed to reduce inertia and ensure immediate control of suspension vibrations.

The aim is to give the driver precise control and increase maximum grip, as well as even tire wear, provided by the instant damping force. This gives the driver confidence in the corners, even at extreme lean angles, during quick changes of direction and during hard acceleration. At the same time, it ensures excellent rear stability, even under extreme braking, regardless of the track or surface conditions.

Dedicated to the most demanding riders, it is the most extreme version of our XXZ, the piston rod is treated to achieve a stable performance over time.

The pneumatic spring preloader, previously only available to official teams, is now available to everyone! Precision, speed and lightness are the essence of this new adjuster. It works via a rechargeable tank with quick connection, available when needed.

DLC coating on the piston rod to reduce friction and thus provide immediate damping feedback during suspension vibrations.
