General Description

BMC replacement sports air filters are high-performance filters, offer a higher air flow than conventional air filters and therefore have a positive effect on the engine's combustion process.
They can be easily replaced with the original air filter, are regenerable and therefore last almost a lifetime.

The BMC sports air filters are made from a multi-layer cotton fabric soaked in a thin oil. The filter fabric is reinforced with an aluminum grid, which is protected from gasoline vapors and oxidation by means of epoxy paint. Contaminants are filtered out of the air, absorbed by the cotton fibers and bound by the filter oil.

This ensures that the performance of the filter remains constant for a long time.

BMC sports air filters are manufactured using a special process called "full molding". This process makes it possible to produce the distinctive red filter in one cast. The material used is very durable and, thanks to its flexibility, can be adapted to any shape of air filter box.
