General Description
The clutch cover (gloss) for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S is delivered with a glossy surface and thus contrasts with the original Ducati Performance parts, which are delivered in matt carbon.The shiny clutch cover replaces the original component using the original mounting points.
The main focus is on weight savings (usually a saving of around 70% compared to the original component) and greater rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, in the next step, covered with a clear plastic coating to protect it against environmental influences.
This plastic coating surpasses the usual clear varnish coating in terms of protection, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly underlines the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
