General Description
The carbon swingarm cover for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S is delivered with a matt painted surface and therefore fits perfectly into the overall look of the original Ducati and Ducati Performance parts. On the inside, the swingarm cover is reinforced with Kevlar in the exposed areas that are at risk in the event of a fall to provide better protection for the swingarm.The carbon swingarm cover for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S replaces the original component using the original attachment points. The main focus is on weight savings (usually a saving of around 70% compared to the original component) and greater rigidity.
The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, in the next step, covered with a clear plastic coating to protect it against environmental influences.
This plastic coating surpasses the usual clear varnish coating in terms of protection, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly underlines the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
