General Description

The complete 4-2-1 full titanium system for the new Aprilia RSV4 is based directly on the experience gained by the SC-Project Racing department together with the Aprilia Racing Factory Team .

No compromises, maximum performance , with great attention to detail: the best technologies and the best materials to create a real work of art. Available in two different configurations : with silencer length of 250 mm or 350 mm .

The silencer used is the flagship of the SC-Project range, the SC1-R model in carbon fibre . The 350mm version has been specially designed to provide high performance while respecting the restrictive noise limits of the racetracks : it is equipped with a removable dB killer (100 dB with dB killer at 6500 rpm, 102 dB without dB killer at 6500 rpm). The 250mm Version is better suited for maximum Power and maximum torque without the use of the dB killer: +9.8 hp and +7.5 Nm at 8700 rpm .

The complete system 4-2-1 is made entirely of ultra-light titanium , with TIG welds carried out in a controlled environment. The system is designed for the connections of the original lambda sensors. The sealing springs are equipped with a metal cover to withstand maximum loads. The kit is rounded off by a special heat protection and a Silencer bracket , both made of carbon fiber . All components necessary for assembly are included in the kit.

The weight reduction is considerable: -3.9 kg with 350 mm silencer, -4.2 kg with 250 mm silencer (compared to the original system).

To obtain maximum performance and optimize the performance of the system and engine, it is recommended to remap the ECU .
