General Description

The new Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 2021-2022 are clearly a point of reference in their category. The racing version of these bikes finds the perfect combination with the SC1-R exhaust system, the top version of the SC-Project products in terms of performance and technical solutions .

The SC1-R silencer, developed in long-term collaboration between the Aprilia Racing and SC-Project racing departments is the maximum expression of performance, quality and high-tech solutions for the 1,100 cc hypersport engines made in Noale. Thanks to the presence of an exclusive exhaust valve developed by SC-Project for MotoGP and WSBK exhausts , this product is fully compliant with the Euro 5 standard .

Despite the strict requirements of the Euro 5 standard, this technical masterpiece allows a significant increase in torque (+1.4 Nm @7,500 rpm) and a consequent increase in power (+1.8 HP @13,000 rpm), but the benefit is spread over the entire power range from 5,000 to 13,000 rpm. A significant weight saving of -20% (compared to the standard exhaust) sets an absolute technical benchmark for the exhaust systems approved for these V4 engines. The end result of this exhaust is not only the sound , but also a real and lively melody for Aprilia lovers and owners .

The outlet produced by hydroforming and the carbon fiber end cap with a diamond and asymmetrical shape make the SC1-R silencer aggressive and sporty. For this model, the very light external material is available in titanium . The welds made with TIG technology in a protected environment, the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the bushings made from solid using CNC machining embellish this product. The exhaust valve system is compatible with the original control unit and wiring, making the installation Plug & Play. No remapping of the ECU is required. The kit includes a specific carbon fiber heat shield.
